Please relax a bit more. It’s not your responsibility to hold the world on your shoulders…of course, you probably know that. But like me, you have a really hard time saying no to people once you’re put in a caretaking position. I understand that.

But please, your friends are there to help you. You’re going to be put in a lot of positions of power the older you get. You’re not going to be able to handle them all.

And think about it. Aren’t your friends helpful to you in battle? They’re just as good when they’re emotional support.

Take the time to enjoy the company of others. You’d be surprised what you can learn.

Hope you’re taking good care of her. If you’re not I will come from the past and mess you up. But I know you are. So that’s good. I’m guessing you’re not in such great health anymore. It’s okay. I’m getting up there in years myself.

Make sure Ellone and Squall are taken care of. I know we’ve got Elle covered already but I don’t know what Squall wants to do with himself yet. So just make sure he’s got a place to stay. Be that Esthar, Winhill, Balamb…you know what I mean. Just make sure your kids are happy, okay?

Keep a better eye on Ellone. And come back when you mean to. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise. I wish I could go back and play it all again. I’d do so many things differently.
