I hate hate hate hate hate HATE how misunderstood fictionkinity is. Not just the label, but everything about it.

"I'm not sure if I'm a fictionkin because I: don't relate to the character, don't have any memories, identify as something fictional that's not a specific character, don't believe in past lives, don't have shifts, etc etc etc...."

None of those are requirements! Are you someone or something fictional? Congrats, you can call yourself a fictionkin if you'd like. That's IT!

"I really relate to a character, I really like this character, I feel connected to a character, etc"

That's awesome! You may not be a fictionkin if you aren't that character (as in you don't ID as them) but your connection/relation to or enjoyment of a character is important and wonderful.

But please don't say you kin them if you aren't them. If you aren't that fictional character, you don't kin them.

I just hate how misunderstood it all is.

New kin alert!

never thought I would say this, but I seem to have a kin from the game Poppy Playtime. I’m pretty cannon divergent and just really delving into my fictionkinnity here, but I seem to kin Hoppy Hopscotch from the Smiling Critters, however, instead of being a rabbit, I’m a frog, haha. I’ll be posting what I look like as I doodle myself, but literally I’ve been watching funkyfrogplays on YouTube play PPT, and as we reached Chapter Three, when I saw the beginning episode in the cut scene, I knew from there. I at first was pretty frustrated, because having kind from popular media is kind of rough, but I’m really hoping that my anxieties will calm and I’ll be all good.

Opinion on Lily Lovebraids?

Well...

She is after all Ms. Gracie which I hate but... She is somewhat better as Lily I don't know if she forgot what she did, got better or what but something changed. In the context of the games she's definitely a great character though kinda say annoying, though that's part of her character I guess.
