"From the combination of Ulfa (wolves) and Fenrir (the wolf-beast), the city is located southwest of Trollberg. It's a city that blends modernity and forest life, distinguished by its commitment and loyalty to its principles. Surrounded by a forest, the city features houses and apartments in the center, including Wolf Park and a statue honoring the legendary Robin. The city also boasts roads and pedestrian paths for traffic management. What sets it apart from Trollberg and Tofeten is that it's the only city without a wall, as there have been no troll attacks or presence since 1659. The Troll-Free City is also unique in that security patrols are almost nonexistent due to the absence of trolls. It has its own local forces, including police, firefighters, and the army. The surrounding forests, called Skuwwo Forest, are home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. It's also known for having the highest concentration of wild animals, including wolves, and many biologists visit the city for research.
Wolves are a common sight, as it has the highest concentration of wolves in the area. The world is very common, not only in the forests but also around the city; some citizens even adopt them as pets. This is the greatest legacy of the legend of Robin and the wolf packs, their alliance. The witches also know the city; it is the only city with a high concentration of elemental and wild magic, which is why trolls never come within 80 or 100 km of the city. This magic enhances the wolves' strength and attack power, which is why trolls flee the area. It is a stronger natural force field for the trolls, something the citizens must protect.
