This is my favourite travel photo taken as the sun was rising over Mount Rinjani in Lombok Indonesia. We were driving to the start of our hike I was fat and out of shape from months of partying too hard while backpacking. It was an amazing and difficult hike with some of the most breathtaking views. 

I’m in love with Indonesia, the culture, the people, the landscape, the smells everything reminds me of where I come from and the place my mum grew up.

Work

When it comes to work and written warnings don’t you think it should go both ways? I’d like to be able to hand out written warnings when I don’t believe the people I’m working for are performing to the standard they should. After 3 warnings and them not doing anything to fix it I should be able to let them go without feeling bad about it.
