Motivation
Sometimes I find it hard to stay motivated when I start a project or something new. Most of the time it ends up being more challenging than we expected it to be. Motivation is often needed for diets, working out, work, school, dealing with people, and many more things. Here is a list of some ideas to help you stay motivated throughout your journey.
1. Stay Positive- Keeping a positive attitude will not only help you get through it, but it will make the time you spend on it much more enjoyable for you. If something doesn't go right don't be hard on yourself, think of it as a learning experience.
2. Reward Yourself- Giving yourself praise will make you feel better about your progress and work. A small treat to yourself after you have reached your goal will motivate you to get there.
3. Future- Think about what the end result is going to be. Also think of how great you will feel about yourself once you have reached your desired goal.

Relationships
Love is a difficult yet beautiful thing and people tend to take love for granted. Why is the question?
The worst thing you can do in a relationship, besides cheating, is take the other person for granted. It is important that your loved one feels loved, and it is important that you feel loved as well. When people start to feel neglected problems arise and arguments happen. Here is a list of ways to keep a healthy relationship.
1. Say "I Love You"- It may seem simple enough, but these three words can go a long way.
2. Make time for each other- It is important to set aside time for the other one; maybe have a movie night, go on a drive, hike a trail, or anything where the two of you are spending quality time together.
3. Communicate- Communication is key in a healthy relationship. At times it may seem difficult to talk about your problems but it is better to let your man/woman know what is bothering you. If you approach them in a calm way then you will avoid a big explosion of emotions in the future.
4. Surprise them- Do something nice for them. It doesn't have to be a gift, you could do a chore for them or cook dinner one night. A surprise that is unexpected will score you some brownie points.
5. Listen before you speak- In an argument it is easy to get heated and angry and want to speak over the other who is talking. The best way to not make things worse is to wait until they have finished speaking then say what you need to say; interrupting will only make the situation worse. Also remember to stay calm and think before you speak, you don't want to say something you will regret.
6. Kiss each other good morning and good night- The best way to start and end the day is with a kiss!
