i feel like in deltarune's chapter 2 era people were so desperate to get and to make more content that theorists took what was simply a neat reference to the jevil fight in BIG SHOT and made it a big deal calling it a "motif" and made it all popular and stuff and so from then on Toby Fox and Co. decided to add it to ch4 where the next character associated with freedom shows up.

i'm basically saying that freedom has always been a theme in deltarune but the freedom motif we know today was probably just a cool part of the song in the world revolving and it was referenced in BIG SHOT but it got so popular that the devs were like "Oh that's cool we never thought of that" and decided to make that jingle the official freedom sound and add it to future chapters

Water causes iron and steel to rust quicker so hypothetically if like an oshawott spat on a tinkaton's hammer it theoretically should be supereffective because the hammer would become all brittle and weak And when water gets into electrical appliances they typically malfunction or break.
