Awkward Season 3 Part 2

I had a momentary happiness. I was happy that Jenna found a better alternative, but no. Collin turns out to be cool guy and 2 timer. Jenna ends up being rebel and all, its not really Collins fault, just maybe what if their relationship was real and great… but no, well I believe the director just want a story and failure and redemption, and so it was.

I will always remember someone quotes. If ever you fall and you reach bottom the only way is to go up.

I have little to say since most of the episodes main character messing the moment and making all the other character lives miserable. Especially I got pissed when she wrote the letter about Valerie and she got fired, but all is well, most of it was fixed.

Kinda lost my excitement a lil bit, but I was able to finish the season, of course I want to know if Jenna will be able to stand up again.

And Team Matty won again.

Awkward Season 3 part 1

I need to this. I haven’t finish all episodes for season 3 yet. Im done with 11th episode (Surprise).

First thing, Jenna’s sexy, or may be slim again, especially with the black dress she looks very sophisticated and lovely.

Now, start of the season, Jaketara and Jakejena. Funny but its easy done and end. I mean from season 1 I have a gut feeling tara’s character and Jake is better together, I find it funny when tara mentioned that Jake and her are both the girl in the relationship, its brings both good and bad things, good that it means their both open and sensitive for each other, but same time bad coz no one can be the rock. The strong one. Anyway enough about them, their happy and jolly, that’s it.

Collin. What a dude. Well he suits to the character well. The temptation to the glory. Jenna has it all, but does she deserves better. Again maybe I favor Collin, first hes awesome and he sees Jenna as she is a good thing not the thing that’s good.

What else. Rickie, I mentioned he’s the nonappearance star, now no longer appearing, not going to talk about him more, don’t want to find out he’s really dead or something.

Season 3 is mature. I still laugh most of Valeries punch lines. And story is really about making the right choices to better ones.

Excited to watch more episodes but I have my laundry to do.

Awkward Season 2

just finished watching Awkward Season 2. While watching  it made me realize may be writing what I think is not really a good choice. I make myself vulnerable. Vulnerable to be criticize and be judge. But on second though unlike her im not desperate and stupid I wont post something that will ruin and make me bad. Hey don’t judge me. Humans has natural defensive mechanism. In the series of course it different it’s a fiction series for G* sake. My God is should really stop using Lords name in my expression, its not polite. Especially its Sunday today.  Funny thing too. A friend of mine told me to go to church, and church is just 2 blocks away, but in my mind I wont, I have faith and I pray but I don’t do mass. One thing I also found funny in one of the episodes when they were in church where Jenna and her mother keeps on standing, kneel, sit and stand up again. That’s one of the reason I don’t go to mass. But I love God. For real

  Continue, season 2 is kind of frustrating. Im team Jake and in the story Team Matty wins. Of course as what I said before, Good guys don’t really end up having the good stuff (it freaks me out because clearly I’m one of the good guys). I had lots of laugh with Valerie. I so love her. And I want her to be my wife, though shes older, and I don’t want older lady. Anyways, this season also brings a great showcase for Jenna’s parents.

Rickie, a character you don’t really see every time but man he’s the topic of most of the scenes.

Still I don’t like Sadie, the actress, but im startling to really like Lisa. Shes sexy.

Oh one thing I notice. Jenna as the evil bitch is better  than sadies. She could really pulled it off and jenna character could have been, dunno. Anyone its really not important. Joke. Dunno. Jenna now is fine, not the best but fine. And as I notice she kind of fat this season. Not sure. Maybe shes just growing or something. I cant stop staring at her high forehead and square jaw. Not an insult, me myself and square jaw. People like it, its for models and it fierce. Lol. The forehead. Maybe shes brainy a lot of people I know who has one really is smart, like when people picture cave mans, they have short forehead coz their dumb. I dunno really.

Well again I was disappointed since Jenna chose someone who she became a whore with. And im good with it. What can I do right? Downloaded season 3 and hopefully gonna watch it later. I still have Ugly Betty, Supernatural, 2 Broke Girls and Pretty little Liars new episodes, lots of movies and anime series waiting.

If only I have all the time in the world. But no.

My Awkard Moment..

Reasons why I started this.

1. rescently I watched the movie Finding Neverland by Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet. Story fortells how imagination especially of children can lift one’s spirit and bring fun and joy. Well, really im inspired by it to start writing my thoughts again. Just like those boys in the story I was (maybe I still am) very imaginative when I play and it’s out of this world, and I missed that part of me.

2. I started watching Awkward an American series about a usual HS teenage girl who thinks shes nobody and starts to be somebody, rather not the best way though. Specifically in the episodes she writes to her blog what is happening to her life. I envy that, though honestly unlike her may life’s a boring hell (not that I’ve been to hell; just an expression).

I really don’t care who reads what I write, I just know that in the future and I get to check out this post and felt different to the one who wrote it then.

  And plus, currently Im working as a call center agent. ATT account. Funny coz one sponsor of awkward is actually ATT. I know Pretty Little Liars is with TMob. Where Ive also worked as a call center agent. What im saying is with this kind of job, me as an asian, Filipino specifically English is NOT my first language, it’s actually the 3rd or 4th. I know how to speak and what to say, it’s just I have a sligh difference of saying it with a born English/American person. Writing helps me to fasten my English grammar and sentence construction.

  Now, my thought really is whenever I get to finish one season or one movie, I get to post my thoughts and views about it. And if I can relate it to my life and to people around me. Well I’ve done this before. Last few months movie reviews and rate. But somehow cant keep it up since I have my real life to get to and maybe I don’t have the time.

So ill just start fresh.

Yesterday afternoon till last night I was able to finish full season 1 of awkward, episodes 1-12

Well, first impression. Jenna(lead char), in first episode implied that she was invisible. I don’t get it?? Shes beautiful, maybe shes not the smartest but clearly shes not ugly.  Then she goes on with wanting to be noticed and so on, and of course in HS its all about your crush. Her crush, Matty who’s she with in I believe summer camp, for Gods sake asked to have sex with her. And no she didn’t… refuse.

Well , this is not the first time I watched an American series ive also watched 90210 and man I’ve never had a liberated way of thinking after that, btw I loved 90210 I finished all 5 seasons of it. To continue, I mean how low can she go, well she likes him, he like her that time and decided to do it. She went with it since she’s thinking they will be a thing.

And so it didn’t happen, not the sex though, the relationship that is.

After episodes to episodes I began to like some characters, Valerie the Guidance Councilor, she rock’s and sometimes shes stupid. And I like that about her. Plus shes hot and beautiful too. Tamara at first shes annoying, but later shes really smart and outgoing and brave. Jenna’s Mother, she has her good scenes and some bad ones but atleast shes still supportive, together with her husband.

Character I don’t like, Sadie, maybe it’s a good thing that I don’t like her since that’s her role. Here in the Philippines if the Antagonist is most hated that means shes a good actress. With Sadie not really that way. I mean I hate how she acts, her mannerism when she talks, and girl, you cant judge if you yourself is NOT PERFECT. I mean, take for example Quinn Fabrey of Glee, starring Diana agron, shes the mean girl, she has the full right to judge and criticize together with Santana because they got it. Their beautiful and your ugly. All im saying, shes not the mean girl material. But maybe the director has a plan for her character since she has this issue with her weight.

Matty, not the best lead guy, nice bod, but really. But his fine.

Ming, I have nothing against her acting and her. Shes fine. But im not sure why they have her character, im just thinking maybe they just want an asian flavor. Lol.

Rivalry in the movie is good. And to be honest im rooting for Jake. He has the thing with Jenna, respect and love, while Matty is sex and hide. But I’ve always known, good guys never got the glory, bold guys have. Well I don’t know I watch and enjoy.

treasure hunter and all

im mad if i am to criticize Nicholas Cage acting, i know a lot of people could have watched National Treasure 1 and 2 so there's no need for me to really discuss it more, great movies lots of facts or maybe just fictions not sure, don't know, but the thing is it keeps me entertain and thinking. my rate

Story: 10

character: 9 for main character like villains and main hero 10, ones i dont like is ben's father and ... maybe just him. so maybe 9.5

setting: perfect 10

for the animation Treasure planet, though i know i could have watched it if Fathers day is near not Mothers day i, still really like this movie. fantastic story, heartwarming and funny. this are those cases that right moments and the wrong time. they deserve to be father and son but their not to be together.

i frankenstein 2014

the movie was pretty amazing when it comes to graphics and animation, story was a little bit common, fight scenes are pretty slick too.

for the main character, well im used to creepy large and lightly disabled frankenstein like the one in Van Helsing. that ones better (or maybe im just used to that). He's not too bad.

i love the character of the demon prince naberius played by Bill Nighy, he really gives that ruly and royalty character just like in underworld, for the gorgoyle queen Leonore played by Miranda Otto, shes... ok, i really did loved her character in lord of the Rings.

story entails battle/war between demons and gorgoyles (angels on earth). demons descend with whirling firebolts to the ground and gorgyles ascend with a beacon of light in the sky and with some lightning.

the plot is good where demons needs frankenstein miraculous reanimation to bring about demons from hell.

one of the scientist was able to escape with the files gathered to reanimate, so maybe there will be part 2.

oh well, its still a good movie. rate 1-10 ten as the highest.. 8 maybe

Breakfast at Tiffany's 1961

i felt really determined to download this movie coz i got really curious about it. heard the title few times in some English series, heard it from the movie "Kate and Leopold" where one character plays its theme song every night and comes to sleep exactly at  12 midnight,

but really the main reason is the theme song itself that i really love "Moonriver". it slumbers me in my sleep and melts my heart to liquid.

First of, since im not really aware where and what Tiffany is. Thinking since it was titled "Breakfast at Tiffany's" of course i thought of a five star restaurant. well im wrong. 

after the first scene it's actualy a Jewelry Store in New York, a fancy one of course. 

after finishing the movie up. im disappointed it was titled that way since the title only reflected the first part where she went early in the morning to eat bread and drink coffee outside the establishment, some kind a homeless person, sorry but it realy is, buts its fine,

the director probably thinks the character should portray someone who appreciate fancy things in simple ways. and again im wrong. 

"damn girl!" as black person says it, Holly/Audrey Hepburn was nonetheless one of the most stunning and glamorous character ive seen, somehow same as those ladies in sex and the city. and guess what this movie was in 1961.

This movie was filled with romance and bulgarity, the characters themeselves is bulgar. holly was somehow a social climber who targets rich men/bachelors, paul is a writer and a manwhore well for just one lady only, as presented. One funny thing is holly makes these men want her and when its somehow shes not happy she ditched them and called them rats.

more funny characters in this movie are the asian guy who holly tease, coz she thinks there's no use for her to keep a key coz she keeps on losing them, this asian guy opens up the gate for her. the other one is the lady who laughs and cries with herself in front of a mirror.

and lastly its romantic, kissing in the rain and all. well poor nameless kitten, man shes cold and shes getting crushed.

Movie was nice, now ive watched it and im fine.

for Percy jacson blah blah..though ive already watched this and found it rather normal (good rating but not the best).. i downloaded it after i knowing that there will be a sequel released soon. just to make my collection full that is. whats interesting is that the first time ive watched it didnt actually recognized who is the actor playing the role of percy's father poseidon but now, since ive already downloaded and watched all nine season of Greys anatomy, now i know who he is, and damn his body built makes it understandable why he was chosen as a god.haha

I never seem to get tired of watching this movie again and again, everytime i wnted to watch movie and most of my pending unwatched movies doesnt seem to interest me i always think of this movie first.

i guess what i really love with this movie is that the singing, the thought of how love can really change lives and the acting and the voices behind its characters really got a hold on me.

and also watching this movie always makes me thinking of having this in a play if i can direct anybody that is..haha

please watch this movie, i highly recommend.

downloaded my blu ray copy of this movie just recently.. this is one of the best disney movie i really love second to Hercules coz i really like bell, and the story incorporates to a love that forsakes physical appearance and i really enjoy the thought that furniture's sing and dance.

my first impression with this movie was that this involves action stunts, bullets, killing and since it's titled gatsby and they wore their hairs with gel, i though the title refers to their look..haha.

But i was shocked to find out that this is more of a love story. The great gatsby simply refers to the person being described to the story and his passionate life for love.

if you want to watch, please do, its interesting but not so for me. but the graphics and the overall movie was great.

it tackles with factors like race/language, family root and religion when it comes to their beliefs with getting married, about marriage.

another love story.. a good one yes

'the first time' do refers to SEX and experiencing it the first time with someone you BELIEVE is the right one.

the guy is good he knows how to take care of women and a real gentlemen, the gal is also nice she's mature and she knows her priorities. But as I know by myself people get crazy when their inlove and thus this was proven in this movie. This movie might be cheesy for some but rather this make a good movie for those hopeless romantic like me..haha..if you are inlove and you are inlove to the idea of love, do watch this movie.
