A feminism comic I did for my uni’s newspaper. I wish I had a bit more time to work on it, but I’m pleased with how it came out considering the tight deadline!

I get inspired by viewing art. I think of the many things I could create. I see them. My heart races with anticipation. My mind becomes overwhelmed. Yet, once I get time to myself, I feel utterly uninspired. Never surpassing my own expectations.

If only I had someone to push me. To collaborate with. Now I've got time. Managing it, well, it's not as easy as it seemed.

Imagine all the women who'd wished for the luxury of time. I've left it spoil.

Now's the time to get a fucking grip on things.

You can read. Which is to say, you can glance at a piece of paper (or a glowing screen) and immediately, effortlessly take in the thoughts of someone else. The greatest philosophers, poets, scientists, novelists, artists, and world leaders in history have left the contents of their thoughts just lying around in a form that you can access instantly. We take it for granted, but it’s really magical.
