this is just an observation, not a theory of any kind whatsoever. BUT.
I was making my bed, with my lovely undertale blanket my partner got me, while listening to deltarune theories of course because im so brain rotted that I need to listen to deltarune theories while I do my chores. ANYWAY
I was looking at madjick on the blanket, and was like 'dang I wish knight knight had some merch' and then it clicked. Knight knight you say,,,,
like THE knight??? not the same character obviously but maybe some clues of sorts. like how knight knight uses she her pronouns, much like dess (as much as I like asriel knight theory more but alas). another horned helmet which granted isnt too uncommon in undertale. knight knight is also somewhat kind of associated with darkness, as she has night and moon themed attacks and motifs in her design.
do I think its connected? nay. I do however think that knight knight couldve been made using some of the knights motifs as a shout out to deltarune, since we all know deltarune was conceptualized long before undertale.
