Sample no.3 from @coffeeparamedic - lots of citrus and punch, super sweet aroma.

I have the great pleasure of test tasting 3 roasts from my friend @coffeeparamedic - he wouldn't tell me anything about the coffee (origin, varietal etc.) This is sample #1. To me it tastes like a classic Nordic roast. Full of body, silky mouth feel. I couldn't pinpoint notes, but it was crazy juicy and delicious. Now on to sample #2.
