My sister's blog @seer-of-mind was terminated out of nowhere and neither of us know why, does anyone know how we can get any answers about this?

I know trans women get terminated on here all the time so I can't say I'm surprised but I am really frustrated and upset that this came with no warning or explanation. This is after her blog was shadowbanned off and on multiple times over the past month with no explanation from support, and now it's all gone and still silence.
