I read some comments from people believing USA could left worlds without medals. They always peak at worlds and the most likely sceario is they'll win multiple medals while my favourites flop.

This is why I don't invest much in juniors. You don't know how their career are going to hold, such promising junior faded after turning senior meanwhile other that didn't outstand as juniors became their best version as seniors.
