Tammy raised an eyebrow, immediately suspicious of the girl. “I’m moving fast ‘cause it’s freezing down here,” she waved her off. “I’m perfectly capable of handling my bags myself, thanks.”
“O-Oh. Okay?” Trevor tilted her head. “Sorry, I guess?” The blonde was confused.
“I should’ve just walked twice, but who actually does that?” The brunette laughed, as she handed over a few bottles of alcoholic beverages. “Thanks, by the way.”
“You’re welcome, Ru.” She looked at the array of alcohol. “All of these for you?”
“No.. nope! I’m good. I’m comple-” And with that, the young woman already dropped three bottles of Malibu. As glass shattered literally everywhere, her eyes already showed a lot of shame.
“I think with that you’ll need a cleaning hand.” She giggled. “Come on, hand me a few.”
“Uh, yeah, sure. Just trying to get everything sorted out in one go, really.”
“Well, carrying all that stuff won’t help your back and we are supposed to be relaxing Sam.”
“Whoa whoa! You’re moving quite fast, need a hand?”
“Everyone is either dead by some axe wielding murderer, or they’re trying to scare us. I hope it’s the latter.” Letting his foot hang loosely, Mitchell looked over at her, chuckling lightly. “Pfft, me doing things classed as trouble? How dare you?”
“Trouble is your middle name, isn’t it?” Trevor laughed. “I’m bored.” She sat up and looked his way. “Entertain me.” She smiled.
… not exactly.
Well its a whole other adventure then
“Oh I’ve read this one!” Rolling onto his back, Mitchell put his hands behind his head, tapping his foot on the floor in tune to a random song. “Besides the fact the house seemed oddly quiet, I’m good. How’ve you been so far?”
“The house is too quiet. I dunno, kinda eerie.” She smiled. “You up to any trouble?” She put the book down and faced him.
“What’s it about?” She asked, pushing herself off the doorframe and placing the blankets on the edge of the bed. “Honestly, I’ve been slacking on my reading. I need to get back into it.”
“These kids in a giant ass maze.” She laughed. “Crazy, only boys too. Then a girl shows up and it gets wild.”
— let’s go get a flashlight, then.
Do you know where one might be?
Cassie had just been walking down the hallway when she heard a voice singing from inside the room she had just passed, stopping in her tracks. Giving the door a few knocks, she opened and peeked her head in, giving a small smile when she saw it was Trevor. “I should have known,” she laughed. “Enjoying yourself?”
Trevor looked up from her book. “As always.” She giggled. “And how about you?” She sat herself up and scooted towards the edge of the bed so that her legs hung off the edge.

trev: WHAT DID YOU COOK
“Do-do-doo you have any idea what time it is? Some of us actually want to sleep, y’know.”
“I forget how thin the walls are. Sorry.”
“Babe, I don’t know what song you’re singing, but it’s definitely not gonna be a number one on the charts.”
“I can’t help but try!”
“Do do dooo do.” Chuckling, Mitchell flopped onto the bed, attempting to read the book upside down. “So, what are we reading?”
“Maze Runner.” Trevor laughed. “You doing alright?”
“Hey, sorry to interrupt, but I just wanted to see if you needed anymore blankets? Found some extras in a closet…” Skylar leaned against the doorframe, a small smile on her face; blankets in hand. “What’re you reading?”
“Oh yes! Blankets are good, thanks.” She smiled. “I’m reading this book called the Maze Runner? Really interesting.”
