No one has ever called me perfect before :O so wow, thank you :)

I am not a professional but here’s what I did: 

I ate approx 1200 calories a day with light exercise and lots and lots of water. I ate every 2 hours and planned out my meals/snacks for each day.

How long did it take you to go from 240 to 130?

It took me about 2 years. I would have lost it faster but I have very little self control lol
