âI have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.â -Martin Luther King Jr.
Yet that dream isnât coming true, the people of color are getting racially profiled in their neighborhoods, in their places of work, going grocery shopping.
âIn ten years, in twenty years, in two years, theyâre gonna be criminals. They were born to be criminals, frankly, and theyâre tough, and theyâre mean, and theyâll cut your throat, and they wonât even think about it the next day. They wonât even remember that they did it.â -Donald J. Trump.
That is our president talking about hispanics. Our PRESIDENT discriminating against innocent people just due to the color of their skin, or their tone of voice, their accent. Thatâs what weâve come to. Children are kidnapped off of streets. Mothers and fathers are pinned to the ground and cuffed.
Our government is using military forces to stop large graded protests. Protesting is in our constitution.
