Rescue Me
I hid all the mirrors, and now I can't remember my face.
It's like the dark side of the moon, that can only be seen from outer space.
The last time you saw me, I was longing for your embrace.
Now I am just a shadow that you remember less and less.
I want someone to pick me, heal me, get me out of this mess.
To awaken the parts of me I feel are already dead

I cannot explain
My willful resistance
How roots won't remain
An erased existence
I long to be sand
I dream of the sea
To lose sight of land
To lose all of me
Death of Stars
Dear pages i have another story for you
It starts with a love like no other,
a love that no matter how hard i try
I can’t seem to let go of,
you see this love was for the ages.
It was written in the stars
Constellations made of memories
And feelings that couldn't even be contained by galaxies.
But stars burn out,
Sometimes its quiet,
But when a star this bright dies,
Its a supernova
So beautiful and bright.
we celebrate the death of those stars.
Stare in awe at
The beautiful destruction
they leave behind in their wake.
For you see from the clouds of stardust
New stars are born,
New constellations will get formed
it just takes time.
Slivers
I don’t want it to be over
I hold on to every thread of our love
Scrambling to weave the ends together
Make it last just a little longer
Savour every smile, laugh,
We just have to survive this day
And then the day after, and the day after that
Everything will be okay
It has to be okay, because howÂ
Am i supposed to accept that its over
How am i supposed to admit failure
That i was wrong, that we were wrong
So i hold on to every sliver
As they cut deeper into my palms
The pain gets worse the tighter i hold on
But how am i supposed to let this go
Healing
One day i will heal
It may not be today
Or even next week
But one day i will heal
These feelings will pass
Maybe one day
Putting on a smile
Won’t feel like wearing a mask
Innocence
I took away her innocence.
gave her all this pain,
And then put her on display.
And yet she never got a say.
All those nights,
She'd lie awake.
Wondering why I
Made her become a character
She never agreed to play.
All those tears she shed
They're all my fault.
I took that girls innocence,
I cannot be forgiven.
Because when I look at my reflection
Its her eyes that stare back.
I Don't Hate my Body
I dont hate my body,
I just don't want anyone to see it
And my reflection never meets my eyes.
I don't hate my body,
I'm just always cold
And sweaters are just comfier oversized.
I dont hate my body,
I'm just not hungry
And I don't have any time to eat.
I don't hate my body,
I'm so pretty everyone tells me
Oh but please don't take my photo.
I don't hate my body,
I promise
I'm fine.
“Don’t allow someone to make you feel that you’re not good enough.”

Wish Upon a Wishing Star
I wish, I wish
Upon a wishing star
A love, a love
To last me for life
To have and to hold
Through sunny days
Through rainy nights
I wish, I wish
Upon a wishing star
A love, a love
So beautiful, so kind
Her smile
Takes away my breath
Her laugh
Is the sweetest song
I've ever heard
I wished, I wished
Upon a wishing star
And here, and here
you are
