Hi! You can call me Mikey.

I'm an 19 year old disaster, I go by any pronouns and my blog is mainly constituted by reblogs. I love a lot of things, the main fandoms I am into are My Chemical Romance and Sonic, yet there are many more things I really like.

I don't really have people I do not want interacting with my blog aside from Pedophiles, sexual predators and similarly harmful people. I will, however, not tolerate any type of harmful and/or hateful comments towards any group or individual. This blog is a safe place for everyone, lets not ruin the fun and healthy environment with disrespectful behaviour, please.

I do use swear words, keep it in mind if you feel uncomfortable with it.

I do think the ability to emoji-react is a net win for human communication. not only does it give you an outlet for 'I see and acknowledge this but don't have a verbal response' but it also adds a pleasing alethiometer element to things

my coworker announces that he's off to the dentist. someone reacts with a tooth emoji. is this a statement of dentist solidarity? a wish for my coworker to return with more (or fewer?) teeth than he set out with? simple word association? who can say

Being asexual and racist is embarassing as fuck. Being racist at all is obviously embarassing as fuck but the amount of racism and especially antiblackness i have been seeing from asexuals recently is obscene.

One of the only asexual activists is Yasmin Benoit, a Black woman. She has raised so much awareness for the community. She was the first asexual person to lead Pride in London, she started the #thisiswhatasexuallookslike movement and is THE leading voice for the community.

And you all will celebrate international asexuality day on April 6th but we wouldn't even have that if she hadn't cofounded it.
