Johnny's come into his own as a singer and a performer, but he still worries his dad may not accept him for who he truly is. Then there's the matter of the cute new guy who's arrived at the theatre, and Johnny hopes this could be his chance for real love. That is, if he doesn't mess things up first.
Skylar is used to always being second best to his more popular twin sister, but when an award winning theatre group wants to host a charity show and offers him the chance to work with them, he's over the moon (pun intended). However he can't help but notice Johnny, the handsome piano player, and wonders if maybe, just maybe, he could find genuine happiness here. That is until family drama comes to rock the boat and soon both Johnny and Skylar have to figure out for themselves where they really belong.
