To be honest, when she had spotted Sebastian she had almost spun around on her feet and left him alone. She knew he wouldn’t want to speak to her, and she didn’t blame him. But, the thought of Alexandra getting hurt, was enough to spur her to want to say something to him. She didn’t really want to speak to him. But, the red head was worried about Alexandra getting hurt, both by him,and by their other friends. Alecto, although a purist, wasn’t going to do anthing to hurt Andra, but she knew others in their circles would not hesitate from hurting both of them.
“I know…” She murmured, looking up and watching him carefully. She knew he wouldnt try anything in the open, which was some of the reason why she had decided to confront him. “Hurt her. And I’ll hurt you. Get it? I’m not telling anyone about the two of you. I never would do anything to jeopodise her happiness. But if I get wind that you’re breaking her heart then I won’t hesitate to hurt you.”
.
“Do not make me laugh,” he snorted dismissively. “You already would not hesitate to hurt me, I’m sure. There’s something sinister about you, something I am surprised I did not sense on our first meeting. But you can holster your wand, as eager as I am sure you are to inflict pain. I do not intend to ever hurt her, never. I do not intend to hurt you, either. Unless you plan to attack me again?” He looked almost amused, if it weren’t for the scar he bore thanks to her masked friend. Then he lowered his head a little, eyes narrowing. “You would bring death, if you could, for nothing other than your own amusement. Is this true, or false?” Why, then, did she care about Andra and her safety? He had to admit, he didn’t like the idea of this woman being friends with the woman he loved. Her influence could only be bad, it would seem, despite his initial impression. Sebastien was not a strong forgiver.
It was ironic, really, that after this woman had attacked him, she was scared of him attacking her. “Be careful, Alecto Carrow. These are bustling streets, it is daylight, and you have no masked friends. I would not wave threats where witnesses could hear,” he said loudly, putting an emphasis on her name. “I appreciate the favor you are doing for her by telling no one,” he lowers his voice now, “but you have crossed the line with me. And now you come to me with threats?”
