there was never a time when adriana wasn’t with kian , it was as if the two were attached like glue . tonight was one of the nights that adriana didn’t want to go home , not because something was happening at home , it was just the simple fact that she didn’t want to go home in the dark . yes , she was scared of the dark , twenty-one year old adriana . traveling in the dark was never her thing unless someone was with her and even though she knew kian wouldn’t have minded to take her home , she didn’t want to be a burden by asking . her lips were pressed together until she turned around to face the other with bright eyes , ❝ hey . instead of me going home . . . what if , i spend the night ? ❞ before she could give him a chance to answer , she runs towards his room while yelling , ❝ okay cool thanks ! i’m stealing your clothes ! ❞ rummaging through his clothes , she tries to find the biggest shirt she can lay her eyes on , which was , of course , a the front bottoms t-shirt . rushing into the bathroom to change shirts , the shirt was a perfect fit for her liking , it covered enough to hide the shorts she was wearing and it smelled just like him , one of her favorite scents . leaving the bathroom , she enters his room again and plops onto his bed with a huge smile grin on her face as she waited for his appearance . ❝ hi ! what’d you think ? i think i might end up stealing this from you after all . ❞ she was half joking , because if anyone were to look into her wardrobe , it mostly consisted of kian’s attire
hearing his words caused her cheeks to flush with bright pink , a smile plastered across her face . even though it was normal for him to compliment her , it never failed to make her gush on the inside . it was as if his compliments meant more than it was , but maybe she was delusional . their friendship would never go as far as it would now . ❝ shut your silly face and come join me already . ❞
