the form is a little lengthy but has a lot of interesting questions i’d like to gather perspectives/data on. that said, i did make some of the short answer questions optional. i did it myself to time it out, and it’ll probably take you 10-15 minutes to answer every question. like i said, it’s super interesting stuff that i haven’t found any sort of research/data on, so please answer all the questions if you can!
