The Krazy Coupon Lady is always on the hunt and bringing us the most up to date ways to find savings and deals out there. Today she was on NBC's the Today Show and featured in the segment "How to Outsmart Retailers".  

One of the ways to save mentioned is by using Fakespot to see if the reviews on the item you wish to purchase are fake or real. The Krazy Koupon Lady mentions that, "young people ages 18-34 trust online reviews over their friends opinions!!”.

Go Daddy's Garage blog has got you covered when it comes to bad Yelp reviews!

Sandra Gordon blogs about Bad Yelp Reviews, and some great tips on how to respond. She recommends sending a personalized message to the reviewer, and waiting overnight to respond so as to keep a cool and level head, and most importantly the golden rule of thumb: " just roll with it. In the end, you can’t please 100-percent of your customers 100-percent of the time.”.

The Fakespot Team was happily surprised when we became part of the discussion between host Leonard Lopate and author David Pogue during a recent podcast.
