Elvis Presley on a vacation in Hawaii with wife Priscilla (top) and girlfriend Ginger Alden. The Presleys often used to spend vacations and quality time as a family in Hawaii during the late 1960s, but as Priscilla left a lot of things changed. I guess some things never were the same, especially the Hawaii trips. On the bottom picture you can actually see the pain and boredom in Elvis’ face, whereas with Priscilla he’s absolutely thriving, they both are. As one of Elvis’ closest friends, Jerry Schilling, said “That day (when Priscilla and Lisa Marie left Graceland) was the beginning of the end for the Elvis I had met”.
