Companions react to Sole building them a robot, (like the ones from Automatron dlc) and naming it (companion's name) Jr.?

Ada â She would be touched that Sole went to such length in orderto build a second version of herself and then name it after her, although shewould be silently wondering why it is they felt the need to do this in thefirst place. Did they expect her to go somewhere or break down sometime? Thatâs unsettling, she would hope shewasnât being replaced.
Cait â As long as the robot has some kickass firepower and anawesome paint job, Cait will love it. Upon hearing that Sole made it fromscratch and named it after her,sheâll wear the wickedest grin ever and will probably bear hug Sole with apleased chuckle.
Codsworth â He would be delighted and ever so honoured that Solenamed it after him. After all, having a little Codsworth Junior around wouldmean that he wouldnât have to get his proverbial hands dirty in regards tofighting off the scum of the Commonwealth. Dirtywork that is and he wouldnât miss it in the slightest. As long as Soleremembers who their favourite Mr Handy is, of course.
Curie â She would be so delighted by the gesture that her eyeswould start malfunctioning yet againwhilst hugging Sole tightly to her. Like Codsworth, sheâd hope that the robotcould do most of the fighting because Curie was never a fan of that side of the Commonwealth and sheâd alwaysfeel bad after taking someoneâs life, even if they were bad people. So forthat, she was so grateful to Sole.
Danse â Working with robots wasnât out of the Brotherhoodâs comfortzone, however Danse specifically would not completely trust them. After all,they could be hacked, rigged to blow or heaven forbid, gain a conscience.Despite that, he would actually be quite touched that Sole built the thing fromthe ground up only to name if after him, even cracking a smile when theyrevealed it to him.
Deacon â He would absolutely love that robot because not only was it built by his closest friend andcolleague, it was carrying some seriousfirepower and looked smoking hot just like its namesake. Or at least, thatâs whatDeacon would say. He would be reluctant to take it out on missions with him andSole just in case it gets damaged or destroyed, if it ever did then there mightbe a tear or two shed behind those glasses.
Hancock â He thought the best robot in the Commonwealth wasGoodneighbourâs very own K-L-E-O, however he was proven wrong by Sole whorevealed to him their special little project that wasnât quite so little. Whenthey also revealed that they named it after him,he wore the biggest grin on his face and even plopped his hat on its head.Temporarily of course.
MacCready â He would think the machine was absolutely drop-dead awesome. Heâd be like a little boyagain, eyes alight with excitement upon seeing the beast and when he hears thatSole named it after him, heâd probably bear hug Sole and drag Duncan all theway from the Capitol Wasteland to the Commonwealth just to see it. Either thator heâd take it to him, but either way, Duncan was definitely seeing it.
Nick Valentine â He liked that Sole thought of him highly enough tobuild and name a robot after him. He was quite surprised and a little flatteredto be honest, happy with the thought that he wasnât the most boring or leakiestmachine around. He wouldnât however like it was possible to remotely reprogramthe machine though, with concerns that if that should happen, what could it doto Sole?
Old Longfellow â He didnât care much for robots but they were funto work with when equipped with various asskicking weaponry. That he could appreciate. The fact thatSole built it from the ground up and bothered to name the thing after him of all people, meant just that muchmore to the old bloke. Heâd shout them a whiskey or two at the nearest bar.
Piper Wright â She has an inherent distrust of robots. Perhaps itâsfrom one of her many run inâs with sentry bots or maybe itâs because of theInstitute, but so sheâs not overly thrilledwith the idea of another robot running around. However, in any case she istouched by the sentiment of Sole naming it after her and wonders if perhaps itcan be outfitted with some kind of synth detection unit so she can throw it inMcDonoughâs face when they see him next.
Preston Garvey â Like Piper, Preston doesnât have a whole lot oftrust for robots, even if it was one built by Sole themselves. Although he didlike the idea that it would be a robottaking the brunt of raiders and Gunners alike and not actual people beingharmed. He appreciated the thought Sole took in naming it after him, inwardly,it meant a lot to him.
Strong â The super mutant would be confused as to why Sole built a robot version of himself. He could breakit apart in seconds, why bother?? Hemay or may not demonstrate that very fact, making Sole absolutely furiousbecause of all the lost time they spent on the damn thing. Strong would findthem next nursing their fifth bottle of beer and would be equally as confusedas to why they threw it at him.
X6-88 â He would thank Sole for the gesture but would quiz them onwhy the felt the need to build a robot in the first place. After all, he was a trained Institute Courser, farbetter, stronger and smarter than any robot Sole could possibly build. But Solelooked pretty happy with it and clearly hoped he was too, so heâd leave it befor the sake of not bursting their bubble.
