A couple things about what you are like these days! - You have really settled into being a great big sister. You love to kiss and huge "my sister Sydie" and are finally starting to get to play together. - You are still a great eater. Your favorite meal is definitely our nights out for sushi at Hibino. You love to eat the purple pickles, ikura, salmon, edamame, and recently we added rolls! - This week you are starting Pre-K at PS.15 Red Hook. This feels pretty grown up! - You are a big snuggler. Night times are Mom and Dad's favorite as you snuggle up for "minutes" in bed and we read books and go through ALL the songs. - You are a LOVER of bags and filling them with many little items. You have many purses that are filled to the brim with lip glosses, hair accessories, creams, rocks, and other trinkets. When you have your heart set on carrying one of those bags around there is NO talking you down. That bag will be dragged everywhere despite its cumbersomeness. - Your wit and smarts are amazing. You remember EVERYTHING and you put things together that are so impressive. - You are becoming a GREAT swimmer. You started swim lessons with Robert and never looked back. Initially you were a bit scared but now you are really like a fish. It is awesome. - We are so proud of your heart. It is big and tender and sweet. You sure know how to give us a run for our money but its all because you are strong willed and we love that about you. What an incredible 4 years it has been. This past year was very much about learning to share your world with your little sister and I feel like going into your 4th year you have really had recent Ah Ha moments that let you appreciate what this special sibling relationship means. LOVE YOU
