theres this one written fangan that has an underage girl character who is literally in a bra and tiny shorts that are basically just underwear and nothing else and it wierds me out because nobody who interacts with this fangan ever points it out

I wish we had more fangans with disabled protagonists… like don’t get me wrong I like when we get disability rep in other characters but I’d really like for the protagonist to be disabled instead of the bog standard neurotypical ablebodied anime protag

I'm getting kinda tired of fangans having first culprits be really sympathetic and have accidental kills

Like don't get me wrong, it's not a bad way to start the killing game at all and it makes sense, my top 3 favorite fangans have 1st culprits like that lmao, I just kinda want more morally questionable 1st murders

I went into Tetro Pink fully expecting to hate Tamba because from what I heard she's not very well liked and the way people describe her made me think "blond Hagakure with tits" but I fucking love her and would die for her and I want to be her friend.

(However I am only on the Chapter 4 trial so that could change...)

I'll forever love Tetro, Thank you vonbabbit for all the tears, laughter, joy and despair. I've glad to be able to watch tetro pink since chapter 1 and I'm excited for Tetro Blue too

I honestly hated how predictable tetro danganronpa pink was (may have been the format or writing, but can’t tell) but even if i guessed a twist / the killer at the end it was such a good case. It genuinely gave me feels, and RED / sasaki has experience i relate to and she is portrayed very well. It kinda bothers me how the fandom treated her too maybe due to mild projection. I can relate to her fears too on being a bad person / sometimes questioning the value of it in that, as again that is a personal paranoia of mine and I relate to her way more than I wish I could admit. Ken’s role later on was done so well, and while I was planning to drop the series due how i predicted over half the killers and victims and it did not feel like much of a murder mystery anymore especially if I was guessing the twists too- I’m glad I finished it. Chapter 3 was easily the weakest part imo (maybe it’s because i really liked the killer of that chapter) but they could have done something amazing like showing the killer’s soft spot to their main friend by killing to save them from an attack or something- i dunno that would have been cool to me. Or the killer didn’t do it and we had another seriously mentally screwed person in there still (the killer was just. way too easy to see. I knew before anyone died that chapter and especially how.) i wish they got a redemption arc instead. Also hated how there was like no male victims? (Not saying how many to avoid spoilers.) i know this was not intentional but holy moly but i see why people were confused about it.

Overall I would suggest it despite this. The characters feel very real and their fears / disabilities having plot relevance is really cool to me. During chapter 5 I thought 2 of the survivors living still were just, should have been changed with others? After the trial i can say personally I would have only swapped one! There’s a very clear difference in how characters act for the most part and I love that. The subtle hints towards how characters die based on dialogue (hell people have not commented about how chapter 5 victim during her own interview predicted it) the deaths were brutal most times which helps add to shock value- and all the executions minus chapter 3’s were written insanely well. Chapter 2’s case man was also super rough to watch I find. Super hyped for tetro blue and white!

begging fangan devs and artists to use references when designing their characters (especially with black and brown characters) and start creating characters of varying ethnicities and cultural backgrounds with intention!

tum is really refreshing because it has a lot of cultural context included in all their designs, alongside having two explicitly african characters that were designed with black and brown features in mind.

i know it’s fiction, but people don’t exist in a vacuum - even in made up stories. representation matters!

my favorite flavor of no killing game au okazaki is when she’s just silly and chaotic and mischievous. messing with tsuno and playing pranks and hanging with watari in their student council. i love when she’s just a little troublemaker with countless grand larceny charges against her :3
