Reading Nights, Pt 2
There will also be reading nights where one room is designated as The Diogenes Club* Room, and the rule is you can't speak in there, only read and eat and drink. Silence is golden. *Reference to Sherlock Holmes fandom, in case anyone wondered
Reading Nights Pt 1
There will be spoken word nights where folks can read fic, poetry, or whatever.
Since we're daydreaming here
There will be a basement recording room that can be rented for recording podcasts and podfic.
Meeting room
Local fandom groups can reserve the meeting room for round tables, fic writing workshops, and meetups.
Merch
The shop will sell a rotating inventory of fandom art and merchandise by fan artists.
Power
Every room will have lots of outlets, because making/consuming fic and fanart and vids and podcasts and manips and... all the other things... well, that takes a lot of batteries.
Not sure of the logistics but
There will be fandom podcast listening parties.
WiFi
The wifi password will change every day, and will be the names of show runners, directors, writers, and other folks who make the canon happen.
WiFi Pt 2
If any of the people whose names are a WiFi password come to the shop <i>on the day</i> their name is the password, they will get their entire order free. Also everyone in the shop will probably scream. If they come to the shop on any other day, they'll get a free drink. Also everyone in the shop will probably scream.

There will be "NO WANK ZONE" signs hanging in every room.
Decorations
The walls will be decorated with fan art.
Sandwiches will be named after common fic tropes and AUs.
Cosplay
Customers who cosplay get a free refill. Guessing the barista's cosplay gets you a free biscotti or other treat.
