The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones Review: This movie was phenomenal! I absolutely loved it. It followed the book pretty well and there were only a few things that didn't happen in the book. I really recommend this film for anyone who likes intense fight scenes. I knew what was going to happen and I was still on the edge of my seat! This movie also plays into the people who like a little bit of romance. It has the perfect balance without being another cheesy sci-fi teen drama. I wouldn't let anyone under the age of 12 go see this movie. There were a few scary parts and some adult content. I really loved this movie and will definatley be seeing it again!! Spoilers/Fangirl Review: OMFG!! I am fan girling so bad right now there are so many things I want to say and I can seem to get any words out!! First of all you need to know that I am a huge fan of the books and Luke is my favorite character in the book and movie. Now I am extremely attracted to him that I've seen the movie. I thought Jamie Campbell Bower did a better job as Jace than I thought he would.Lilly Collins is amazing as always and I love her so much. I'm so glad that they put in a lot of Simons funny lines. Jace also had a lot of his same lines that were in the book. I thought it was neat how they added in that Valentine experimented on himself an that's how he became so powerful. That wasn't in the book but I'm glad they added it to the movie. Isabells whip was so freaking cool! It was like a snake bracelet and it fricking slithered of her arm! I'm ok with Simon not turning into a rat cause that was really cheesy to me in the book. Same goes for the flying motorcycles. The steles and seraph blades were so cool! Simon got fricking bit in the first movie! That's not supposed to happen yet!! Oh well... I still love it! The whole scene with Jace and Clary up in the garden area was so cool and perfect. Wear wolves are totally badass and the vampires were surprisingly scary looking. I was half expecting like hot young teens that I would fall in love with. But I'm so glad that didn't happen. I'm sorry I'm just rambling but my brain is like scrambled eggs after seeing this movie. It was so good and I can't wait for the second one!!!
Smurfs 2 Review Review: Smurfs 2 is a great movie to take your whole family to. It has humor that every age can enjoy. I thought all the acting was pretty good and I just really enjoyed this film. I would definately recommend taking all your little hooligans to see this movie. Spoilers/Fan Girl Review: Ok. So I thought this movie was so cute! I love Neil Patrick Harris and thought he did a great job in this film. The guy who plays Mad Eye in the Harry Potter movies played Victor and I kept making Harry Potter references throughout the whole movie. The cat just cracks me up through the whole movie. I like how the Naughties have little blue freckles. They were just so cute. I loved Vanity Smurf so much! He had some of the funniest lines! Grouchy Smurf was also one of my favorites because he tries to be positive through the whole thing. It just made me laugh so hard! There is this one part where Gargamel screams this really high pitched scream and I died laughing! I think that even if you are fifteen years old like me, this is still a fun movie to go see with friends and family. So go see it :)
Review: The new Wolverine movie was very good. I am a fan of xmen and was excited to see this film. All of the fight sequences were well done and I loved the ending of this movie. It totally sets it up for sequel and was very interesting. All of the acting was good and Hugh Jackman did an amazing job. He will always be the best Wolverine and I can't wait to see more. Spoilers/ Fangirl Review: I loved this movie! I am a huge fan of Hugh Jackman and I was not disappointed by his performance in this film. Before i move on, can we just take a moment to enjoy the fact that he was shirtless for at least half of the movie. I thought it was cool but a little gross how he reached inside himself to get that infection thing out. Stupid Jean just likes to mess everything up and cause problems even when she's dead. I just can't stand her. I thought the red haired chick was pretty bad ass despite how small she was. And that chick who has the deadly venom was just a pain in the butt. She did not need to sit down there and shed her fricking skin like a snake. That was just unnecessary. Mariko had me all fooled in the beginning that she couldn't defend herself and was all scared but I saw some of her ninja moves too. What kind of dad wants to kill his own daughter just to take over a company? He gets the bad dad of the year award in my book. There was only one F Bomb in the movie and I thought is was appropriate for the moment. I will probably see it again. I am fan girling really bad right now and I don't know what to do so just go watch the movie and enjoy some shirtless Hugh Jackman if nothing else.

Catching Fire theatrical trailer review Review: This trailer is so well put together. They still only give u a taste of the other victors and the games without giving everything away. Everything looks so good and I believe they have cast the other victors very well. Some parts of this trailer were just so emotional that I felt what the characters were feeling. They really make you realize what a dark story this actually is. The acting is great and I am so excited for this movie. Spoilers/ Fan Girl Review: OMG this catching fire trailer is so amazing. I like couldn't breathe through the whole thing. The victors village looks so great and her wedding dress turning into the mockingjay dress was perfect. When she doesn't get to say goodbye to Prim i was so sad. The other victors are totally bad ass. Lets just take a moment to appreciate that they put shirtless Finnick in this. Thank you lionsgate for that. There was also more Peeta which I liked. Effie looked so sad during the reaping scene but I guess I would to if I had to do that. All the rebellion stuff looks amazing and Gales whipping makes me cringe every time. This movie is gonna be so great. November is so far away I can't handle it.
Review: I just got back from watching this movie and I have to say I went in with low expectations. I was really impressed with this movie though. Johnny Depp and Army Hammer did an amazing job acting together. I feel like this movie is really appealing to the older people who used to watch the tv show. There wasnāt to much violence but still captured what it was like in the Wild West.
Spoilers/ Fan Girl Review: Iām not gonna lie I went to see this movie almost entirely because Johnny Depp is in it. I love him so much. He never seems to do badly in a movie. I also think this movie would be kind of boring with out his comic relief as Tonto. His funny lines made me want to keep watching this film. The little boy in this movie made me so sad when he asked if his dad was dead. And when that soldier guy killed the Indian chief I wanted to punch him in the face. The white horse being in the tree was weird and I donāt really know why that happened. For not having very high expectations for this movie I was very impressed with the outcome.
Review: This trailer is really well put together. It gives you just enough to know what the story is about, without giving any big surprises away. If you havenāt read the book it explains the story really well.
Spoilers/Fan Girl Review: OH MY GOSH! I am so excited for this movie! Right from the beginning of this trailer the music just captivates you and makes you really feel the different emotions. I canāt believe that they put the kiss in the trailer. We didnāt see nearly enough Peeta in this which was a little disappointing. Also, I liked how they didnāt put anything of the other victors or the new arena in it. It will really be a surprise to those who havenāt read the books. The whipping scene is going to be so good! The second trailer is coming out on July 18 and i cant wait! I am just so excited and will be going to the premier of Catching Fire!
Review: This movie was phenomenal! I loved it so much. If u even liked the first Star Trek movie you will love this one. I am a big fan of Star Trek so maybe that played into my liking it so much. But even if you havenāt heard of or know what Iām talking about, itās still a good movie to see.
Spoilers / Fan Girl Review: Oh my gosh I have been waiting two movies for Spok to do the Vulcan Death Grip! He finally did it and was totally BA. I was like dieing on the inside when he cried when he thought Kirk was dead! I donāt even know what else to say⦠Go watch the movie!
Can we just take a minute and realize that the second catching fire trailer comes out on July 18! Itās less than a month away!
Will Wreck-it-Ralph wreck your movie night?
This movie is entertaining for the whole family.Ā Its got good humor and the characters are very unique. The whole idea of these video game characters having an everyday life in these games is cool.Ā The best character is Ralph because he is like a big, clumsy, teddy bear.Ā You should definitely take everyone of the yahoos in your family to see this movie.
I saw the hobbit and it was awesome!!!!
