The fandom has amassed to judge you, Wu.

I do really love this exploration into Wu's inner thoughts. The original seasons were so ninja focused, and while we've gotten to explore a bit more of Wu's personality and development in more recent seasons, it's interesting to see it here.

He's a bit of a messy character, and he's more than willing to admit that. But I think, despite all of his morally grey traits (even in this comic) he still has a good heart. He still cares about the ninja, even if rescuing them isn't his top priority. He recognizes that he makes mistakes, and he understands that it's his responsibility to save the world despite his failings.

I love how Wu isn't this perfect hero. There are lots of questionable things he's done. But he's still driven to protect his Father's world and create a loving home for the ninja, and despite all of his failings, that's enough for him.

god smut is so hard to write.

first you gotta do the build up and then the actual fucking and the fucking is pretty easy but you never know how long the fucking should last, and eventually you're like "okay I'm tired of this" so the characters cum, but you're not done yet because you can't just end it at "he fucking nutted everywhere" you gotta keep going, and the characters have to chat a little or cry or think about how horrible they are or something and then you kinda don't know when to end that either so now you're 2k words in and you might have put too much self hatred and not enough sucking dick. so you wrap it up, and think well it's done now.

or sometimes you have it all perfect in your mind and you knock the whole thing out in 2 to 3 hours.

he would not fucking say that, but with disability.. he would not fucking be able bodied. sick n tired of characters walking away from multiple life changing injuries without a scratch. let’s get some natural consequences in here.

give that knife/sword fight survivor nerve damage. give the character who was shot in the gut a stoma. give that fire survivor lung damage and an oxygen cannula. give that leg injury survivor a cane. give that starvation survivor gastroparesis. give that spinal injury survivor a manual chair or powerchair.

while we’re at it, give your characters congenital disabilities too, just because. give them intellectual and development disabilities. give them acquired and postviral illnesses. dare to make somebody bedbound. for me.
