idk I think morris was a cutie?
when I think about the marriage of william & jane morris, of how he adored her and was endlessly generous towards her and was happy to remain with her just as a friend to the end of his days and gave her the freedom to be her own person and love who she wished and didn't cast her out as a 'fallen woman' but instead wrote that 'I hope that in most cases friendship... would outlive [desire] and the couple would still remain together but always as free people'
