the day has finally come (i remade)

hey guys! i’ve been on hiatus for, what, 2 months now? i don’t know. well, it doesn’t matter, because i have a new account now! it’s been Some Time Coming, i really need to start fresh. based on all the stuff i just reblogged there from my drafts here, the new blog is shaping up to be… not terribly different from this one, but hey, we’ll see what happens.

everything is still a little bit under construction, of course, but you can catch me @fanmkii for comics fandom funtimes (&more?), check out @fanartstuffs if you want to see my drawings (thank u & i love you if so)

aaand i’m considering making a podcast/audio fiction fanblog so that no one who follows for superheroes gets blindsided by niche space gays (although.. to be fair.. they’re worth seeing) but i’m not sure there would be enough content to really sustain a different blog (i have a hard enough time maintaining even one, as you all know), so i’d love to hear anyone’s thoughts on that? you can message me at either blog, about this or whatever!

also! i definitely of course want to refollow any friends/mutuals who make the jump with me, so, friends/mutuals who make the jump with me, it’d be cool if you would shoot me a message on the new blog so that i don’t miss you

hey guys! been a while. i continue to never log on here because everything is Hashtag Too Stressful, but here’s a queued update sort of thing on Me Stuff, in case anyone’s interested in that?

i’m considering remaking my account, so that i can create a more focused blog (or set of blogs), and cut back on a lot of the things on my dash i don’t want to see. anything that comes out of that would probably be original content heavy (fanart and original work i guess? maybe some fanfic but i’d probably just take most of that directly to ao3), but maybe i’d have a reblog blog too? in any case, if i remake, i doubt i’ll delete this blog but it would probably end up password locked

i miss golden/silver age comics. i was not alive then but i miss them

audio fiction is pretty cool! i know everyone and their dog knows about TAZ already, but i don’t really see many people talking about the penumbra podcast, which makes me sad. it’s really gay, really well crafted, and really inspiring! please save me from it and/or listen to it right now and send me an ask about your feelings (disclaimer that i havent been able to make myself listen to the finale yet because i am w e a k and i want to wait for the new season to start.. also ive only listened to juno’s storyline so far but i’m hoping to get on the other ones as soon as i can make myself care about literally anything else)

i have so many social media accounts that i do not use! i am a notorious lurker and/or forgetter of accounts that i made to get magic vending machines to give me free water bottles when a post used a certain hashtag! if there is some social media you enjoy and think i should use, please hmu so i can try to apply myself to it for a week before presumably slipping back into old bad lurk habits
