I’ve been perusing the Omnis Region Wiki, and am reminded of what an awesome thing we all created together. Thank you to everyone that submitted, voted, or participated in any way to this project!
One day I would like to do something more with this, either to immortalize the project in some way or to use some of the designs in an actual video game that we can all play and enjoy.
1. Art Book
I think one of the coolest things we could do is to create a limited printing of an art book to chronicle the process we went through to create this region and all of the Fakemon in it. If there is enough interest in this, I would be happy to reach out to the original designers to get approval for their work to be included on a per case basis. I would probably need to hire someone to create the design for the pages and the book itself but I would likely create a rough layout as a starting point. Would anyone be interested in this?
2. Video Game
I would also like to create a video game one day. Because of copyright reasons it would likely be a monster collection game rather than a Pokemon fangame. I would need permission from the designers to use their Fakemon but it’s definitely something that I would be interested in programming. I would also need sprite artists to create the sprites for the Fakemon/Monsters. Would anyone be interested in this?
Just throwing some ideas out there.
