Carol smiled softly, she wasnât the best gift wrapper herself and the whole thing screamed of effort. The effort was what she cared about. âThatâs so sweet Reed, thank you, really.â She carefully unwrapped the box, trying not to tear the paper too much, but with the tape haphazardly wrapped around the whole thing she ended up just having to rip through it all to open the box. Inside was a collar, obviously the right size for a cat, that had a blinking light on it like sheâd seen on various types of space helmets. âSo Goose can fly with me! Reed thatâs absolutely amazing!âÂ
.
âAnytime.â Reed replied with a smile. He was glad that she liked it and hopefully would get a lot of use out of the gift. It was all he really wanted from the little tinker project. âHopefully Gooseâs head fits in it. I didnât have his measurements so I-â He stopped himself from going on a tangent about researching average cat neck and head sizes. Carol didnât care about any of that. âLet me know if it needs adjustment.âÂ
