w fortunes weave pretty much confirmed sequel rather than prequel my theory that his father being aubin (who forged the fetters of dromi in a dagdan prison called dromi) (which is admittedly.. less 'theory' and more 'fanfic') is now moot

BUT what if -- and i pose this with great skepticism -- yuri is his aforementioned imprisoned father (he is canonically amortal and it's not implausible he would still be alive) (it's also not implausible to think he would somehow end up in a foreign prison. LMFAO)

i don't really know why the fetters of dromi would be found BACK in dagda 300 years into the future, if there was a reason it existed in 3H outside of its in-game function, if the screenshot of Cai w/ the crest of aubin in the first trailer is even canon, or if intsys even cares....... but like the dots are there....... and i fuckin connected them..............
