The Oxfordshire countryside

owning a small farmhouse in a secluded area near a small town, with a vegetable garden out back and a flower garden out front. having a small kitchen with just enough space for baking and making meals for my wife and i. the doormat always being askew from the happy footprints of my dog. having a fenced in back yard, with dandelions and ivy slowly filling in the fence gaps. walking barefoot through the surrounding fields in the summer, and then coming home to drink iced tea and watch my wife play with the dog in the sunlight. and when fall and winter arrive, making soup for the two of us and watching movies on the couch while watching the wind in the trees and the snow falling down. falling asleep every day feeling truly at peace
