This is going to be my opinion about you, Thecrookedhouse I’m going to assume that every argument you go into with someone you bring up the fact that your disabled because you probably assume everyone is going to be nicer to you. See, by bringing that up in the first place it seems like you want us to suddenly go “Oh you’re right, we’re sorry” Well…look elsewhere because I am going to treat you like anyone else because I don’t discriminate between an asshole who has one leg and an asshole who has two. :D

Lol… This is a pretty sorry attempt to get me angry. Honestly, you’re pretty boring here since you’re repeating the same argument that is practically a mantra by now.

The reasons I brought up disability was: one, because mental illness is a disability, and two, because the original post I responded to brought up disability as some sort of excuse as to why it’s okay because they were okay with John cosplays that might utilize his cane.

I do not expect anyone to be nicer to me because of being disabled. Quite the opposite. I expect people to be shits. And when talking about the concept of straight jackets and criminals being mental, I have every right to speak up about the shit that oppresses me. The entire issue is about mental illness. Of course I’m going to bring it up.

Also, I would like to point out that asking people to be considerate of their actions, including cosplay clothing, is not oppressive. I never said that they cannot wear something. I can’t prevent them from wearing something. I just asked that they do not because of the damage it causes. Not only that, but minorities cannot oppress people of privilege. It doesn’t work that way. We do not have the power to oppress people. Oppression requires power over the person being oppressed.

Lastly, I do not give a fuck about opinions. Opinions do not get an excuse to hurt people, and people love hiding behind the concept of opinions whenever people point out that their mentalities and actions are harmful.

So, fuck opinions. And if someone else is allowed to have an opinion, then so am I. Your pitiful attempts to insult me is not going to change the fact that here, I can and will voice my concerns of society and harmful (racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, transphobic, etc) perceptions. I am silenced in the physical world. I don’t put up with that here.
