Note: this isn't trying to call Aang abusive or saying that he forced pregnancy on Katara, it's simply exploring the concept of pregnancy as horror and also that, no matter how you look at it, Katara did have an incredible duty thrust upon her. I'm sure that she wanted all her children, but pregnancy also feels different when you're the wife of the last Airbender in the world and you know that if you fail your duty, a culture and nation dies with you.
