Salam, Hello folks 👋 Today I want to share my teatime delights which my wife made for us. 🥥Homemade coconut flour pancakes 🥞 throughly dripped with homemade coconut 🥥 milk for teatime ☕️ today. They are very light in texture and fluffy. we used only 1 egg to make the batter for about 1 cup of coconut flour. I would call it spanish anda bhara paratha 😄 served with a little extra baked beans and sour cream. .. 🍏It had 2 Apple juices and a bowl of mixed fruit as well with the deal. Now here’s the most desired dish for us. By us, i mean my family and relatives. We tried tuna nigiri at cocochan dmc Karachi. So the experience was controversial for us. Tuna nigiri 🍣 sushi:- I didn’t like it at all. But my wife and sister liked it and they say its tender and edible with wasabi :-the horseradish paste which was too strong to eliminate the raw fish flavour and my wife had dipped it in the soy-sauce and ate with lemon slice and vinegar pickled ginger slices. So its zero from my side and 4/5 from my sister and wife’s side. 🙏 The roll looking bite sized something called “crazy salmon makki” :- I was told by the waiter that its cooked but when it came it was only rice 🍚 which was cooked but inside was raw salmon which was unpleasant for us and covered with red caviar. All dipped with chilli mayonnaise and wasabi was there. Nobody liked it. For us it was 0/5.
