If you see this and think āDamn I really want to see this massive fatty get even fatter!!ā. Then you should donate to my gofundme for a bariatric wheelchair or at least share the link.
Itās the true spirit of tummy Tuesday. The reason for the season.
Hello everyone, Iām reaching out because I need help obtaining a folding ⦠Nick A needs your support for Empower My Independence with a
The last few years my mobility has been declining. It started with a back injury that took years of physical therapy and steroid injections into my spine to recover from. Around the same time I started successfully gaining a lot of weight.
There are a lot of things I just cannot do right now at my size and with my mobility limitations. Whether itās spending the day at a museum or the zoo, going to concerts, enjoying our local Asian street food festival, or even just being able to go to restaurants without having to do extensive research into their seating options.
So I am raising money to get a folding bariatric power chair. Because I want to get out and live a big life while being a big person.

GLP-1 weight loss drugs are receiving an avalanche of positive press. From major media outlets to trade publications, clinical, policy, and lay audiences have been inundated with articles declaring...
Synopsis: The benefits of GLP-1 weight-loss drugs (like semaglutide) are frequently overstated due to selective reporting, industry influence, and widespread conflicts of interest in both research and media coverage.
While they can produce short-term weight loss, results vary widely, often plateau within a year, and are difficult to maintaināespecially since discontinuation leads to rapid weight regain and loss of health benefits.
Cardiovascular benefits are modest and inconsistently distributed across populations, and adverse effectsāranging from common gastrointestinal issues to serious complicationsāmay be underreported.
Overall, the current evidence and marketing practices obscure significant limitations and risks, undermining informed consent and exaggerating the drugsā long-term effectiveness and safety.
Wow this is an absolutely fantastic, well written and deeply researched article! For those who are not inclined to read the entire thing here are some of the highlights as screenshots.
wow its really interesting how you can look up literally any condition and it'll say that one of the things you should do to treat it is lose weight. like oh really? always? for every single disorder? that's really interesting, such an interesting coincidence! every condition in the world is caused by being fat? you're sure?
And then you look into the research and find out that fatness is actually just a symptom of the health condition, so weight loss has done jackshit to improve the condition from the beginning.
You learn that fatness is "correlated" with the condition but has no proof of being the cause, like how being poor is "correlated" with ill health because of oppression and lack of healthcare. The number on your bank account doesnt actually cause the ill health, it's the oppression and how society treats poor people that is the cause.
You do even more research and learn that turning a fat person into a thin person is as scientifically possible as climbing mount everest without dying, without a sherpa, and without thousands of dollars. And that constant yo-yo dieting and abusing your body into temporary thinness damages your health. Chasing thinness for 80 years is causing the ill health itself.
You learn how fat people endure a wage gap, starvation, medical abuse and medical neglect that leads to death, are refused access to anorexia recovery resources. You realize how fatphobia intersects with all other forms of oppression and that numerous oppressed groups have high numbers of fat people. You learn how fat people's healthy digestive organs are mutilated by doctors to try to force thinness and only result in vitamin deficiencies, alcoholism, suicide, and other unhealthy shit. You read about the fat people whose deaths are blamed on fatness but actually died by police brutality, by a nurse killing them during Hurricane Katrina to not have to deal with the fat patient during evacuations, by a doctor refusing basic tests and telling the fat person to just lose weight until finally a different doctor five years later does that basic test and has to tell the fat person they had cancer all this time and now only have a week left to live. And yes, all of these examples have happened, are documented, and are just a fraction of the deaths caused by fatphobia.
You keep searching and look at study after study that shows the extreme biases that doctors have against fat patients, biases that affect the healthcare they provide the fat person. You see how sports equipment and exercise clothes are intentionally only made for thin bodies. You learn that fat people are ostracized from sports as early as childhood no matter the fat person's skill level.
You keep digging. You find how fatness is extremely tied to genetics. You read about how the sciences actively refuse to study fat bodies even when fat bodies are donated to science. You look at vaccine trials and realize that not a single fat person was included. You google Plan B and learn that the drug doesnt work well for most fat people because only thin people get considered when making drugs safe for society.
After a while, you go directly to the source and look at weight science research. You realize that almost every single study begins with the conclusion that fatness must be "bad" and "unhealthy," which severely affects the validity and credibility of the study, as well as affecting the results. You find out how every weight loss "success" study is extremely flawed, paid for by weight loss corporations, and intentionally ended after a short amount of time and with a miniscule number of participants because that's the only way to make the study a "success." You find tons of studies that actually show how impossible longterm weight loss is, how there's an "ob*sity paradox" where fat people can actually have better health and longer lifespans than thin people, how dieting is severely damaging to the human body. And yet every study still ends with reassurance that this won't stop weight loss attempts. We just need to find successful ways to lose weight. Surely that's possible. Surely that's helpful. Surely thinness must always be healthy and fatness unhealthy. Both fat and thin people get this health condition that we said is caused by fatness? Doesn't matter, fatness is still the cause!
After all, fatphobia doesnt exist, right?

IMPORTANT NEWS: Swimming is way more fun while fat!!
I FLOAT now. I used to sink in water! But now I am buoyant as fuck!! I can just chill at the surface, no effort needed!
People need to talk more about the benefits of fatness tbh. Like, I'm better at cuddling, my skin is sooo so so soft, my tits are huge, my ass is fat, large gay men and trans people of all genders want to fuck me...... it's pretty fucking sweet ngl. I hope I stay fat!!!
(And I hope people who have a problem with that can someday understand why they need me to feel bad in order for them to feel good! Sorry I am prettier and hotter than all of you, but like. I don't make the rules, I just make the rules. And one rule is that every fat person is hotter than every fatphobe!)
Half the backlash to fat lib content essentially boils down to "I can't believe you're FORCING me to not be mean to you"
Thin people are absolutely relentless with this. "But I have to TELL them!" "I can't just not SAY something!" "We can't just PRETEND it's fine to be fat!"
They really seem to think the main reason people are fat is because we're simply drowning in approval and no one has been brave enough to inform us that it's better to not be fat, actually
I genuinely think it's related to what I observe about singleness, virginity, and ace/aro topics: people's entire worldviews are threatened by fat liberation. And having your worldview challenged is scary... especially because so many people have put so, so much personal effort into Not Being Fat, so much self-hate into gaining weight, so much self-denial of food they like and forcing themselves into activities they hate, to avoid being fat.
And fat liberation says "It's okay to be fat!" and fat people say "I'm happy being fat and I don't try to become skinny!"
And it scares people that that is an option. It scares people to think that they have sunk so much time, so much effort, so much misery into avoiding being fat. And this person in front of them is just... not even trying. Rejecting the game. Saying You Don't Have To Do That.
If they accept that they didn't have to do that... then they made themselves so unhappy, for so long, for no reason.
They want their effort, their unhappiness, to have been worth it. To have meant something.
So they have to believe that being fat is wrong, bad, gross, a moral failing, and the only reason anyone would be happy that way is if they just don't know better. Because the other option is to realize and admit that they suffered unnecessarily for years and it meant nothing at all.
This is also why people violently resist the reality that weight loss dieting does not result in sustainable significant weight loss for the vast majority of people who attempt it.
People fear what they don't understand.
It's why women were executed as witches because they had common sense from the 1500s
It's why children were labelled as satan worshippers in the later 1900s when they liked to sit down and play a game of make-believe
When people do things that seems counter to the current culture and people don't get it, they fear it. It wasn't abnormal to even want to be at least a little fat just a couple hundred years ago. But when you have stuff such as how for a good 50 years everyone thought sugar was really good for you, but fat is pure evil, it's no wonder that everyone is hypnotised into such a black and white setting.
Everyone's been taught to fear fat because its an easy target to paint. It's easy to spot, the symptoms are often easy to spot and its easy to distract from bigger problems. Government corruption? But look at all those fat people! It's hard NOT to see em! War looms over us? But do you understand that we need to only stock fat free yoghurt in stores now because the alternative will kill you! Ignore how processed the good gets, just hate fat.
It's reached such a point now where people inherently find fat people disgusting. Just the view of someone can now make people feel sick to their stomach, refuse to eat and even relapse on their eating disorder because they're so afraid.
It's one of the greatest distractions of modern civilization.
People asked for video, so here's a long form! Enjoy 8 minutes of moi devouring just over 1000kcal of a most delicious trifle. I very much enjoyed it.
SuperXLChubBoy is going to be murdered by the Canadian government.
Calling this premeditated murder on the part of the state is not exaggeration at all. They know that people in this level of bariatric care need physical assistance to turn in bed to prevent bedsores. By choosing to withdrawal physical assistance they are intentionally creating a scenario guaranteed to cause a bedsore. That bedsore will be left untreated because it cannot be accessed without turning the patient. And it will quickly become an abscess and lead to sepsis and organ failure within a week or less possibly.
THIS IS MURDER
This is also a moment for our community to stand up and do something. Aside from the obvious legal intervention needed here there are a few other things that can be done.
1. Raising funds to cover legal costs
2. Creating a petition to save Lukeās life
3. Making phone calls to province and even federal (or Canadian equivalent) officials asking them to intervene to save Lukeās life
4. Writing emails to these same officials asking them to intercede.
5. Contacting the media to raise awareness of his planned murder by the state
6. Creating a social media campaign urging people with any level or humanity or care for others to donate, call, or write an email
Whether it is moving him to another facility, getting his care home the proper equipment, or simply legally requiring the people in charge of his care to not murder him via intentional medical neglect. There are ways forward that allow everyone involved to retain their humanity and dignity
I donāt know him closely enough to start most of these. I donāt know the name of the care facility for starters. his full legal name, or how to get him access to funds for legal help. But at minimum I can spread the word about this. So thatās what Iām doing.
Iām not going to stand by and do nothing while he is murdered for being fat. Please share this information as widely as possible.
Because there were "concerns" about me gaining at a slow pace and being active like "oh she wants to be a healthy feedee" I kinda wanna adress something.
I feel its utterly misplaced to bring in terms like "healthy feedee" into the feedism community, because all it does is echoing the fatphobia we all experience in everyday society. It's even worse putting "healthy feedees" at the top of a supposed hierarchy inside feedism.
On top of that Health is immensely subjective and not something you can judge from the outside based on the fetish content we post and its not something you are allowed to have control over.
Being a very active feedee is valid. Being a very lazy feedee is valid. Gaining slow is valid. Gaining rapidly is valid. Gaining a lot is valid. Gaining little is valid. Going for immobility and deathfeedism is valid.
Feedees alone decide how they want to gain, how they want to live, what consequences they endure, what consequences they don't endure.
I for one am not "active" because i want to be a "healthy feedee" or "good fatty". I am active because my work, my hobbies, my partners enable it and I enjoy the things we do. I'll likely be less active at a point because I decided something is more important to me.
Maybe just enjoy the ride with us, wherever it takes us?
Heyoo so we casually have an extremely transphobic person within the feedism community, please block and or report this person!
Lil bit of extra evidence
Genuinely just sick of this kind of behaviour!
i know a lot of you are hardcore "obesity is going to kill you" truthers, and im not gonna convince u otherwise, but i hope u know that medical neglect bc doctors refuse to consider anything other than our weight is a real contributor to our poor outcomes
On top of this itās common for doctors to not offer or provide treatments to fat people because they see them as less deserving or not worth the effort. Even if a doctor knows about a treatment that could improve a fat persons life often they wonāt offer it if the treatment may promote weight gain. This includes psychiatric and diabetes medications.
Surgeons are not taught how to operate on fat bodies. Despite there being no limit for anesthesia based on body size and no real evidence of increased risk (beyond the risk of being treated by a surgeon who isnāt familiar with fat bodies) fat people are often denied surgeries that would improve quality of life. Of course no matter how risky a basic routine surgery is arbitrarily deemed to be they will always push gastric bypass surgery on fat people.
The medical industry refuses to meaningfully invest in developing imaging technology that can accommodate a diverse array of bodies. So we are denied CT scans and MRIs based on body size. And when we are able to get imaging done if the technology is not good enough to get a clear image our bodies are blamed instead.
Itās not uncommon for diseases like cancer and autoimmune disorders to go undiagnosed until they significantly degrade quality of life or kill us. Because anything that causes weight loss is seen as a good thing and certainly not cause for concern or investigation.
Trans folks are routinely denied surgeries, hormones and other gender affirming care based on body size. Despite the fact that it is well known that the best way to prevent death by suicide in trans patients is lowering and eliminating gender dysphoria.
Doctors who donāt like fat people, practice medicine from a place of anti-fat bias, and think that they just need to lose weight to qualify for treatment donāt care about any of this. This is medical neglect at best. Abuse and murder at its worst. And it is unacceptable. The medical system must change. Doctors must be educated on how their bias against fat people lowers our quality of life and ultimately kills us. Every interaction at a routine medical appointment shouldnāt feel like a fight for survival. We deserve better.
anti-fatness is not just body shaming.
anti-fatness is discrimination. anti-fatness is having next to no legal protections for being discriminated against. anti-fatness is being denied housing, jobs, receiving less pay and promotions (legally) because of your size. anti-fatness is being denied access to clothing, seating, transportation, and other human rights because infrastructure has been designed to exclude you. anti-fatness is less likelihood of receiving a fair trial. anti-fatness is dehumanization. anti-fatness is being denied necessary surgeries, but not surgery that amputates the digestive tract with the intent to starve and shrink you (it doesnāt work either). anti-fatness is mutilation. anti-fatness is being subject to torture devices that bolt your mouth shut. anti-fatness is being told by close friends, family, and professionals that you are better off living with an eating disorder or other life-threatening illness. anti-fatness sells you starvation as a guaranteed opt-out of oppression, but doesnāt tell you that bodies will always regain weight to survive. anti-fatness blames and punishes you for failing at an achievement that is quite literally impossible. anti-fatness is a $90 billion dollar industry. anti-fatness is being denied gender-affirming care. anti-fatness is being barred from in vitro fertilization and reproductive healthcare. anti-fatness is being barred from adopting children. anti-fatness is being removed from your loving parents because they couldnāt make you thin. anti-fatness is intentionally starving your own baby so they wonāt get fat. anti-fatness is disproportionately high suicide rates. anti-fatness is being killed at the hands of medical neglect and mistreatment. anti-fatness is the world preferring a dead body over a fat one.
reblogging this again because so many people still do not realize that fat liberation is deeply political. fat liberation is not body positivity. it is not about loving yourself or being non-judgemental. it is about THIS. š
And if I said this was how I felt every time I saw a āItās okay to lose weight: Feedism editionā post. When this is literally like the only space where fat people donāt have to hear about weight loss 24/7 what then?
