Emma liked her simple life, her schedule; she had a knack and a need for control in her personal life and professional life. Growing up, as the middle child, hadn’t been as traumatic as statistics would suggest, she had been clever and obedient and that hadn’t changed when she grew up. Now an adult she plans other people’s happily ever afters and wonders where hers is. Emma is steadfast, headstrong and determined, she sometimes feels too rigid and longs to let go but she holds to her responsibilities and expectations. Becoming a witch threw a wrench in her simple life, one she (deep down) might have welcomed. Learning to control her powers, getting used to the idea that demons and witches and etc exist and that she no longer had the right to a quiet life was not easy by any means but she wouldn’t be conquered by it. As her powers grew so did her confidence in herself and her abilities, and her dedication to fulfilling her apparent destiny. Still, Emma finds herself bristling at certain rules, she isn’t a fan of the Elders but she does her duty the best she can, if not always by the rules.
