starting to think lucemond fandom genuinely doesn't know the difference between plagiarism and popular tropes. our fandom is kinda small and since everything started we have plenty of fics with pretty much the same prompts. like arranged married au, luke presenting during storms end or the chasing ending in a mating hunt, lukoochie, lucemond in modern setting being spoiled baby girl luke, etc etc etc.

so yeah i can see how the confusion can happen but like why not reach out and try to sort this matter privately first? the fandom is already getting smaller and smaller it's truly sad to see creators being witch hunted or for obvious reasons not wanting to be part of it anymore.

It baffles me how hotd-lucemond fandom has the most unhinged and entitled fanfic readers. I’m not go a generalized, there are truly fantastic ppl out there that are very mindful of the authors and their writing process, but there’s an awful loud crowd that act as if fandom and writing fanfic is an actual job or activism, which is not.

Stop asking writers about updates, stop demanding updates, stop telling fanfic writers what to write and what not to write. Literally either go find something else to read or start writing your own stories. The entitlement of these ppl is baffling.

I'm glad someone said it. Lucemond as a community is exhausting as fuck to write for. The entitlement, the moral policing and activism, the harassment, the hate comments, it's a lot for a person to deal with alone. It discouraging. Most of my readers are lovely people and we have a blast, but there are days when I login and wonder why exactly do I subject myself to this.
