ok i shut up. last weekend of the vacaycay. i smell a tinge of march already :D

From the year we got together (2006) till this year (2013). 

I am very thankful for the presence of this man in my life. We were two students, then an NS Man and an Undergraduate. This was quickly turned into two undergrads followed by graduates. Now, we are both working adults. 

I wouldn't say that the 7 years were all smooth-sailing. But we prodded through and here we are now. We are in the midst of planning for big events in our lives. Events we spoke of in passing, albeit seriously, since Day 1. 

I love you, Zul Fazreen, for so many reasons than I'll ever mention but most importantly, I love you for Allah s.w.t. And that, is a force to be reckon with.

I like how vacations make you do things you never thought you'd do. Like... hiking.

Loved the date we had yesterday. We walked into an empty ice cream parlour in Thomson, and started drawing out our renovation plans.

Zul was pleasantly surprised I could visualise and draw the fixtures we wanted. Hehehe, And I am ever so happy to be drawing them out as he rambles on.

something funny before i start talking about something more serious.

I'm not sure if it's too late but I should have performed the istikharah prayer before we went for our HDB appointment. It is true that I feel calm whenever I face him but what if it's the devil's way of toying with my feelings? My friends did talk about it but I always brush it off and feel confident about how things are going. Astaghfirullahalazim. And today, i came across the word 'istikharah' and it just struck me that we have committed ourselves to something huge but i have not performed the istikharah prayer yet. 

Shall go read a little more on it and commit myself to doing it, in sya Allah.

So I took an early departure from the loveliest group of bridesmaid in the world. We were quirky yet cute, irritating yet adorable and sarcastic yet funny. 6 people might be a crowd to some but we survived well despite our bimbotic moments, bitchy comments and of course -- having multiple conversations simultaneously. Love you girls to bits!
