i honestly feel like if you just push through the first part of hunger it isn't so bad. like this morning I've been fasting and for the first 2 hours it hurt so bad and I wanted to eat, but after waiting, it doesn't hurt anymore and I just feel slight hunger. you just have to keep it up and not give in easily!!!
