Nicely cheering me up after a bit of a poopy night at work. One thing I learned, was that even after warning a friend of their imminent redundancy and getting landed in the shit for it (my boss found out I'd told her via a little bird) I would still do it again, because friends <3

Just had a lovely impromptu fire hoop session with charlie

She came over and we got on our bikes and headed over to club rock where we met some random nice people, then we all went down to bits park and firehooped for a while. It was really nice, now I'm back home, stinking of paraffin and covered in soot and singes but feeling pretty great :3
