"Goro? Are you okay?"
“Oh?” He’s never been so relieved to see one of his Personas, especially after his ordeal with the chains in Mementos blocking the two of them out. He was thankful for the long sleeves of his cognitive outfits, for even the princely white attire he sported for Robin Hood hid the chain-shaped bruises marring his arms.
“I’m perfectly fine, but I do appreciate the concern, my friend.” he said, even if his movement was a little off-kilter.
He didn’t like it... That disconnect between master and persona was as scary as him as it was for Goro, and he could only imagine what else he had been feeling at the time. While Robin was usually confident, the worry on his face was clear as he stared down at his master. “My apologizes, I wish to heal your wounds but I’m unable” At least, not without Goro being near death in the first place, and that wasn’t worth it for some bruising, no matter how worried he was. Shifting his bow, he decides to reach down, picking Goro up carefully and bridal style, a smile shining on his face “There’s no point in lying to me, I can feel your pain. Allow me to provide assistance while I can~”

“I would try to promise not to but... It’s to much fun and you keep giving me a reason to” he laughs lightheartedly, before shaking his head.
“How do you feel about stealing some alcohol from the local multi-million corporation and getting drunk?”

Well well, there’s a face I didn’t expect to see awake around here. Hello, Robin.
A hero never rests!
At least that’s what I’m going to tell you.

“Robin, are you alright?”
There was a hint of guilt in his voice as he spoke up to his Persona. Goro never thought much when he over-used Loki or Robin, if it was mentally draining on him, he just drank another coffee and kept going.
But that his personas could get sick, or tired? He never thought about it. Wondered if others ever thought of it.
“We.. can take a break.” ,he tried to comfort him.
Stretching a bit as he sat down he sets his bow against his leg, taking a moment to think about his question. It was a bit of a silly question, if he was to be honest, but he wasn’t going to say that outright. “My ability is directly linked to your own, if you’re feeling tired then a rest will be good” he answers with a smile, “As long as you’re in fighting shape as am I~ I’ll always have your back” patting the spot beside him he invites him to take a seat, even if Goro tried to insist he wasn’t tried... Well he could feel it, after all he was apart of Goro. “It’s nice to hear your worry though, thank you.”

Goro Akechi Appreciation Week - Day 6: Robin Hood
“I’ll become a hero of justice too!”
Persona 5 portrays Goro’s weapons as toys for children, so I like to think that Robin Hood could have been born from the childish side of him who thought of bringing true justice to the world one day.

Joking around aside, I’m really glad I get to go a little bit more in depth about this dood. Here goes!
So as was said, I figured that when Goro got his change of heart, Loki and Robin Hood would merge together as a sort of symbology for these two different ideals and points of views he held coming together. Concept-wise I thought that one of the things that set Goro apart from the rest of the Phantom Thieves (aside from his mask that just screamed “Don’t trust me”) is the gaudy super-hero appearance Robin Hood had, which also reflected sorely in Akechi’s white princy outfit. I’m not ripping at the original concept of course! I’m well aware that it was purely intentional, but my goal here was to make him fit in with the crew that he’d officially join, so I had to scrap most of it, haha. It was with that in mind that I went ahead and gave his persona a more rogue-like look, while keeping hints of the older version though the golden highlights and faded white tips of his cape. There’s a few other details here and there that I’ll skip over to avoid making this paragraph any longer, but yeah! While Loki isn’t his own persona anymore, he’s still present in both Goro’s new Phantom Thief outfit and some of Robin Hood’s color scheme, which you can interpret however you like ;3c
