Okay this is long? so bear with me

hmmm steel losing a game really badly in mack eyes (missing shots, passes not connecting etc) and hes non verbal after, even in the car back home when rick and rj tries talking to him. running straight to his room when they're at home, crying silently and trying to sleep when robyn slips in, doesn't ask anything just lays down with him (cuddling, with him as the little spoon) few moments later mack starts to talk and hes just full on degrading himself, robyn lets him talk and rubs his chest while hes saying everything. eventually mack quiets down and robyn asks if hes done, he tells her yes woefully. robyn says okay and then she starts praising mack, a LOT while rubbing his chest still. mack is blushing so much and trying to hide his face in the pillow but robyn is having none of that, she gets closer to his ear and asks if he trusts 'mama' & can she do something that will make him feel even better he says yes albeit confused but knows he trusts his mama.
