Also noticed how some of the "challenge completion" rewards during the quest are common chests with 2 primogems. So hyv's assault on low income people continues.

The quest mechanics have not been enjoyable at all so far. The instructions to hide in the tractor beam weren't clear at all and honestly I don't think I would have made it through the security section without Citlali and her boost jump. If you have her or Ororon please for the love of all take them with you. At least Ninnin doesn't sound so asthmatic anymre. istg listening to her talk was triggering my own asthma and making it harder for me to breathe.

I am.. not sure how I feel about this update. Something about it feels; bad?

The only thing I can point out solidly right now is the direction they've taken Paimon. She's just kind of being a bully right now isn't she? I don't know if they thought her acting like that toward Ninnin would be funny or endearing but it was just kind of uncomfortable.

Also the escape sequence was awful. They put a high speed chase in an area where the gameplay mechanics are mean to mimic the low gravity of the moon. So every jump is slow and difficult to time despite the urgency of the moment and the timer. I got stuck for more than a few minutes in one segment just because no matter what I tried the gears were always faster than the character (and also sometimes the jump wasn't quite high enough to reach the platforms). Maybe I'll have a better handle on how I'm feeling after I'm done with the whole thing.

At least the dragon kuhenki are cool looking tho.

Hoooo my god that twist almost ruined the entire quest for me. fkin...

"All the data was erased but somehow I remembered anyway because of reasons! You seemed familiar and that means I was able to figure out your name as Scaramouche somehow!!" FUCK OFF WITH THAT HOYO HOLY SHIT. I'm so tired of Dottore. Not sure how anyone was fooled into thinking he was in any way a good character let alone a good villain. Nahida had to come up with an entire fairytale book to unlock those memories for him. This is the most unearned twist I think I've ever seen. I would almost have preferred the version I was afraid of where he goes the other cliche thing of "thank you for gathering all the moon authorities for me ha ha ha". I have never gone through a boss fight as dispassionately as I did after hoyo dropped that load of bs onto my screen. Dark Baizhu was kinda boring too but at least his similarity to OG Baizhu might have some interesting implications. They are both searching for the secret to immortality after all. And is it just me or did they shorten his hair A LOT? Probably because everyone clocked the Baizhu similarity right away.
