As a Green Day fan, the part of the TADC finale with Jax's backstory makes me want an AU where Green Day (or just Billie Joe) got brain-scanned in shortly after that whole incident in Ribbit's room, and inspired Ribbit to start a pop-punk band with Kaufmo and Ragatha (and/or Billie Joe's circus persona) to vent her frustrations with Jax instead of abstracting

And maybe, if Billie Joe still remembers his band's name after getting scanned in, and Gangle and/or Zooble confirm later on that Green Day is still active in the real world, the circus crew could figure out much earlier on that they're all just brain scans and not the original people being stuck in the circus, before Pomni arrives and figures out how to get Kinger sane enough to confirm it

trans people are allowed to be upset when people say Jax is cis. We don't get nearly any representation, and we already give cis people the characters who are heavily theorized to be trans because cis is the assumed default "normal state." and now, one of the first times a trans woman has been put front and center and made clear "this is explicitly definitely a trans woman!" and suddenly every millions of people appear eager to downplay her as "just a femboy," "cis," "fragile masculinity," or blame the writing. let us have this.

oh my god ok so. sometimes the people who make minecraft youtube roleplay videos (ccs = content creators) create 'boundaries' about who they can be shipped with etc. this does not work outside twitch chats and private discord servers because you... can't set boundaries about something people are doing separately to you out of your control. the post i reblogged earlier explained very well how using your (young) audience as vigilantes to go and find and stop 'boundary breaking' leads to incredibly toxic cesspools of grooming and abuse

yeah, jax IS an abuser. clearly. she is a cautionary tale on what NOT to do in your life. do not repress yourself. do not push people away. why do people think that her actions are like. being endorsed or something?? also her being trans is NOT OUT OF NOWHERE there are tons of hints before ep 9?
