Fantroll Friendsim Anyone?
Hey, with the end of Friendsim, I’ve been thinking about trying to put together a fan project that’s like a friendsim of various fan trolls, for writers, artists, programmers and musicians. I’ve seen people make some AMAZING full stills of fantrolls I would personally love to meet.
Obviously it would be purely not for profit and in part a fun way for people to introduce their fan trolls to others, as well as keep our love for friendsim alive. (And maybe encourage more people to play the original?)
But MC stumbling through alternate realities in paradox space after friendsim canonly ends and interacting with people’s fan trolls could be fun. So I guess this is a general check to see who’s interested. Mind you, this would not start for a few months. There’s two fantroll zines that I wouldn’t want to interfere with, and I also want to focus on the Rosemarried Zine until that releases. Plus, we’d want to be sure it fits into the timeline. There might be more waiting for us after Lanque and the Soleil twins! (I can hope okay >3>;)
But I still think it’d be a really awesome project.

Fantroll Secret Santa 2018 - Submission Period Open
Hello and welcome! It is that time of year, and with that comes the hosting of fantroll secret santa! The usual hosts (the mods over at fantrollcharity) seem to be sadly absent, but I couldn’t just accept the disappearance of one of the community’s events.
Introductions aside, I’ll get straight to it.
To enter, participants must fill out >> THIS GOOGLE FORM << before December 9th.
On December 10th, a numbered list of all participants will be posted onto a page/s on the blog, and everyone will receive an ask with a number. The person whose number matches the one you were sent is the one you’ll be making a gift for!
You are of course welcome to create more art for other participants if you wish, but you absolutely must create one for your assigned number.
If you do not receive a number by the 11th, or you are not listed as a participant when you did sign up, send a message and I will try resolve the issue.
All art must then be posted between the 24th and 31st of December. Please tag it with #fantrollsecretsanta2018 and the URL of the person you were assigned, and you may also @ the blog/s to ensure that your entry has been seen. I’ll be reblogging all secret santa pieces here as well.
Rules
Since the theme is fantrolls, all requests must be fantroll related! Fankids and canon characters are alright to include as a shipping art special request.
This exchange is for general fantroll art. You may ask for ships or specific scenes, but no one has an obligation to include any extra characters into their art for you.
You can request NSFW and gory art, but do not make them the only option. Some people might not be of age or otherwise comfortable drawing those things. As usual, you and your troll/s must be of age too. When you post these, please post a SFW preview with a link to the NSFW final piece.
Don’t make NSFW or gory work for anyone who hasn’t asked for it, especially if they’re a minor.
Backing out after the 9th or not doing your part will result in leaving someone without a gift and you will be blacklisted from any similar future events until you complete your part. However, compensation art will be made for anyone that has had their secret santa bail out, so everyone will receive something.
Don’t reveal yourself to your assigned person before posting the art! If you need to ask details, you can ask this blog who will ask on your behalf.
You don’t need to fulfill all of the requests! You can just pick one. If you feel nice, no one’s stopping you from fulfilling more however.
No complaints about either the person making art for you or who you’re making art for. It’ll be mostly randomized (apart from people specifically asking to not be paired with other specific users).
Everyone of every skill level and any medium, digital or traditional, is welcome to join, all we ask is that you put effort in and try your best with your piece!

WHO’S READY FOR THE ANNUAL FANTROLL YULE BALL?!
This is the 7:th year I’m hosting this ball for Tumblr’s fantroll community, and wow, that’s kinda crazy to think of isn’t it?
For those who are new: The past six years I’ve been hosting this event, The Ball of 12:th Perigee Eve, which is supposed to be a sort of Alternian Yule Ball.
Each year, the event has been quite a success, and been bringing the community, roleplayers and their characters together…
Thus, it has become a bit of a tradition for me to host this for the Fantroll Community!
