Something I learned is if you don't step out of your artistic comfort zone a little, you're gonna be even more exhausted with making art. Your mind is a caged tiger and it needs to attack something new from time to time. Your mind is pacing in its enclosure 🐅

If you don't like drawing figures and poses because they're frustrating, draw figures and poses and get frustrated! Draw them! With anger! Swear and curse at them!

If you don't like drawing traditionally because there's too much room to make mistakes, draw traditionally and make mistakes! Scream while doing it! Put on scary music! Make it silly!

This goes for any kind of craft or skill

You stand to lose nothing in the end (Except maybe your own patience and sanity but that's temporary). But you do gain at least a little bit more knowledge and skill to feed your mind tiger

hi pride month time, im a mixed filipino person who is panromantic(Attracted romantically to anyone) + demisexual(But needing a close bond for sexual side of relationships) + a nonbinary trans person who cant medically or hormonally transition due to heart health problems. but im here!

Nothings too complex or overcomplicated if youre enjoying what youre consuming. smallest details in a movie, game, song, or whatever else, or even the biggest deepest meanings to things, just enjoy it anyway. everyone saying "its not that deep" can go fuck themselves because they dont know how to sit and enjoy anything anyway. hope they do one day, but yeah dont surround yourself with people who laugh at you for being amazed by choices in a piece of anything youre consuming. even if "this is a common theme" or "this is basic understanding" so what? you're a human being who's learning these things and really feeling it. let yourself feel it anyway. because thats the best part of life - feeling things, learning things.

made it thru an eye appointment. found out medicaid completely covers glasses (without add ons) but i could only choose from like what, 8 glasses and half those pairs looked the same. so i chose whatever looked best but it really all of them i hated. :( but it is what it is. luckily i can take my prescription and just go on zenni or something for future glasses. for now it is what it is bc its covered so ill deal for the time being. eye doc said my astigmatism is much worse now and i got slight elevated pressure in my eyes, but for the most part things look ok, and alot of my visual disturbances (Flashing lights, floaters, weird vision in general) is due to that astigmatism, so woohoo got that out the way. yayyy i did it. my optical nerves also look good she said. jumps and claps feet.

I need to stop self sabotaging and get things I needed / wanted for a long time. I got some facial cleanser and some toner and some face moisturizer recently. I need to add things that make me feel better yknow
